Our Mission
Founded in 2022, The UNSW Rhythm Games Society (UNSW RGS, otherwise known as just RGS) is the central hub for rhythm game entusiasts at the University of New South Wales. Whether you are a seasoned arcade veteran or just tapping your first notes on mobile, our community is built to bring players together.
Our mission is to foster a vibrant and inclusive student community by organizing events, promoting a diverse range of rhythm game subgenres, and providing a collaborative space where members can share and develop their skills together
What We Do
Casual Events
Whether that be pop-up arcades at various larger events throughout the year, social sessions to play games and socialise, or arcade crawls at an arcade, come along to our casual events to meet some new friends!
Competitive Events
From smaller score-setting challenges to major cross-campus collaborations, we foster a healthy competitive environment for all skill levels. Listen out for announcements on our Discord and Instagram!
Online Community
Join our diverse online community on Discord, where rhythm games from across the world (yes, world!) come together to discuss and play rhythm games together.
